Cox's Bazar wants to send confidential information to Kuakata through an insecure network. Cox's Bazar first generates a hash value using a Hash Function (H). The message, hash value, and routing data are combined and encrypted using Kuakata's Public Key. The encrypted ciphertext is transmitted through the network. During transmission, an attacker positioned between Cox's Bazar and Kuakata intercepts the encrypted data. The attacker captures the cipher text and deliberately blocks it so that Kuakata never receives the message. However, the attacker is unable to read or decrypt the original message because Kuakata's Private Key is not available to the attacker. Kuakata is expected to decrypt the received cipher text using its Private Key and verify the integrity of the message using the hash value whenever the message is successfully delivered.
